Weekly Meal Planning: Week 1




Monday  -- Skinny Meatballs with tomato sauce over baked spaghetti squash with green beans
Tuesday  -- Turkey Chili and cornbread
Wednesday -- Teriyaki grilled chicken and veggies with rice
Thursday -- Ground beef taco salad with fresh Guacamole
Friday -- Leftovers
Saturday -- Chicken Sausage with Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Sunday -- Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas with homemade Fajita Seasoning
