So, my three-year-old oven is currently out of commission (and I'm not happy about it!), so for now all my meals will be stove-top cooked, grilled, slow-cooked or eaten out ;)
Monday -- Memorial Day! Grilled burgers, potato salad, tortilla chips and Guacamole
Tuesday -- Slow cooker green chili chicken over rice with sautéed bell peppers
Wednesday -- Grilled pork chops, seasoned rice and grilled veggies
Thursday -- Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes with cheese and chili, and green beans
Friday -- DATE NIGHT ♥
Saturday -- Greek Chicken Kebabs with Tzatziki Sauce
Sunday -- Grilled Pizza and green salad
